37 galleriesBuy a print and support your National Parks! I believe it's important to give back to an organization who has given much to me, to us, so I donate 10% of the profits from all prints sold within this gallery to the National Park System via the National Park Foundation.

3 galleriesI am proud to be an active Associate with Through Each Others Eyes (TEOE), a non-profit organization based in Phoenix that helps people around the world understand and appreciate different cultures from their own through the art of photography. TEOE develops exchanges with photographers in other countries for the purpose of photographically documenting a culture and exhibiting the results in the participating countries. The galleries below show the 20 prints I selected for each of the exhibitions I in which I have had the honor in participating. TEOE encourages knowledge and understanding of people from around the world through educational outreach programs with the public and local schools. For more information, please visit the TEOE website at http://teoe.org.

7 imagesJeanne Falk Adams (Ansel Adams' daughter-in-law) introduced me to watercolor painting while camping along the shores of the Colorado River nears Lee's Ferry, Arizona. While I didn't care for the paint type (watercolors go everywhere!), I gravitated toward acrylics shortly thereafter. My friend and fellow photographer, Bruce Hucko (aka Art Coach), teaches my Moab Sheography "Lines in the Landscape" painting lessons. I paint for myself to learn about the craft and to see the world (and my photography) in a different light. And because it's darn fun to do. These are iPhone snaps of some of my paintings that have turned out to my liking.
